Blood Red Shamrock - Now Available in the Shop!

The blood red shamrock pin-badge is now available to buy from the Haemochromatosis UK shop. The high quality metal enamel badge can be used to increase awareness of the haemochromatosis cause.

Originally used in our Overloaded Exhibition, becasue it was received so favourably there - we asked through our website and social media channels for feedback. Could the the badge be an emblem for the iron overload cause? Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, although we do acknowledge some felt use of a 'shamrock' was perhaps too Irish - too close to the 'celtic curse' association - while others had little quibbles with the design. On balance we decided to trial the badge for sale in our shop (as pack of 4). They will also be available for a recommended donation amount at community events.
