Aaron is a commercially focused executive leader with over 27 years’ experience in the Life Science and Biotechnology industries. He has served as a CEO, Non-Executive Director, Chief Commercial Officer and in various Sales & Marketing leadership roles in a number of companies from start-ups through to large corporate. 

Aaron has also been involved in the charity sector for the past 12 years, first as a member of the Scotland Appeals Committee for BBC Children in Need, then as trustee, and later, Chair of the board for Home-Start Cambridgeshire. 

Outside of work, Aaron is a keen cyclist and can often be seen doing charity fundraisers on the bike, from cycling up Volcanoes in Tenerife, to virtually climbing Mount Everest, to 24-hour events!
