In 2019 I was diagnosed with Haemochromatosis with compound heterozygosity and now control my ferritin levels by regular blood donations.

In my professional career I worked in energy related businesses in Europe and the US for more than 30 years. My last position was MD for the Power Segment of OMV in Austria.

Based in Lincoln, with three adult children, I am a volunteer at Lincoln Castle and Cathedral and look after a vineyard at the Old Bishop’s Palace.
