Gail Gulvin helped to raise an amazing £3653 in November 2024. She had chosen to support our charity in her year as Ladies Captain at Shortlands Golf Club, as her husband has GH. 

Our Nurse Advisor, Victoria, was kindly invited to join the club for their end of year dinner, and when collecting the cheque, was able to say a few words about GH. Victoria handed out some leaflets, explained about HUK's work, and was amazed to find that a few of the members also had GH or knew of people who did. Plenty to talk about over dinner!

Last week, Victoria popped in and collected a further donation of over £400, meaning that Gail and her golf club members have raised over £4000 for Haemochromatosis UK!
