People with GH in Northern Ireland must be referred by their specialist to the Northern Irish Blood Transfusion Service (NIBTS) medical team to assess their eligibility to donate. You do not have to be in maintenance, but you must meet all other criteria including age, and general health. See NIBTS website for the full eligibility criteria.
