Official Notice to All Users of the MyIron+ App and Ask Alice

Haemochromatosis UK issues this formal notice regarding the MyIron+ app and Ask Alice platforms.

Unauthorised activity is currently taking place on these services, including the publication of material that has not been sanctioned by Haemochromatosis UK. Some of this content is inaccurate, misleading, and damaging to the charity and its work.

We have formally escalated this matter through the appropriate channels and are taking all necessary steps to ensure it is addressed swiftly and properly. We are also in communication with all relevant parties involved with the platforms to bring this situation to resolution.

With immediate effect, we strongly advise all users to cease using the MyIron+ app and Ask Alice and to remove them from their devices. Continued use may expose users to unreliable information.
