I began my working life as an account manager for an advertising agency.

Subsequently I have worked as clerk to the governors at a number of schools, as a para-legal clerk for school appeals, and also as executive assistant and governance officer for a sports governing body. 

I have been diagnosed with the C282y/C282y Homozygous strain of Genetic Haemochromatosis.

As a longstanding volunteer I aim to support HUK as the organisation has supported me.
