I joined the tribe in 2018 - a gene from each parent. I have been a lifelong blood donor- it’s a family tradition - now we know why! GH was a complete surprise to my family; I am a mother of two.

As a family we enjoyed working with the HUK families forum on the GH info booklets for children/young people - I carry a copy with me wherever I go!

With a background in education and safeguarding, plus extensive volunteering in the local community I have a plethora of transferable skills to put to use aiding the charity in raising awareness and moving forward.
